Thanks in part to a grant from the Elks National Foundation, Middlesboro Elks Lodge #119 again this year donated $500 to Friends of the Bell County Animal Shelter, (FOS), a non-profit animal welfare organization whose volunteer members work hard to reduce the number of unwanted animals in Bell County.
