Pineville Community Health Center (PCHC) is proud to announce the upcoming opening of Kentucky’s first Diabetic Infusion Center, a groundbreaking initiative launched in recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month and World Diabetes Day. This innovative center represents a significant advancement in diabetes care and underscores our commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community.
The Diabetic Infusion Center will offer a pioneering treatment known as PIR (Physiologic Insulin Resensitization). Unlike traditional methods that merely manage symptoms, this new approach targets the root cause of metabolic failure in individuals with diabetes. By employing physician-directed, precision insulin dosing, the center aims to restore normal communication between the pancreas and liver, empowering patients to potentially stabilize and even reverse many complications associated with diabetes.
Whether patients are facing Type 1, Type 2, or pre-diabetes, our treatment offers the possibility of greatly enhancing their quality of life. Those who undergo treatment may experience benefits such as increased energy levels, improved mood and sleep, reduced neuropathy, and better-controlled blood sugar levels.
To ensure we reach as many individuals as possible, we encourage local clinics to refer patients for consultations before our center officially opens. Most insurances are accepted, and we are dedicated to supporting patients in achieving the quality of life they deserve.
In addition to this exciting new center, Pineville Community Health Center has partnered with Josh Powers and Alvin Kennedy of JPA Medical Consultants, a leading consulting group based in Florida. This collaboration will further enhance our ability to offer specialized diabetes management and treatment options. Together with the expertise and support of JPA, we are committed to developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the latest advancements in healthcare.
Limited consultation spots are available prior to the opening of the Diabetic Infusion Center, so we urge you to reach out to us via phone or email to schedule your consultation. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to discover a new path to wellness. If you or your patients are contending with challenges like low energy, foot issues, impaired vision, or unmanageable blood sugar, we are here to help.
Thank you for your continued support of Pineville Community Health Center. We are excited about the positive impact that Kentucky’s first Diabetic Infusion Center, along with our partnership with JPA Medical Consultants, will have on the health outcomes of our community. Together, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and ensuring access to the best treatment options available.
The Diabetic Infusion Center at PCHC will serve as an adjunct modality to the care provided by primary care doctors and endocrinologists, specifically catering to diabetic patients and complications such as neuropathy.
