Pineville Community Health Center is now the face of a building that has been in a negative light for almost a year. The Southeastern Kentucky Medical Center sign was removed on Wednesday and replaced with the Pineville Community Health Center sign. Thursday, the Pineville City Council held an emergency meeting, and a closed session discussion was held in regards to the Pineville Community Health Center. Mayor Scott Madon is excited with the positivity that is surrounding the Health Center. “We are seeing great things,” Madon said. “Our employees have been fed every day this week, we have raised money for these employees, we are just seeing a lot of positivity surrounding the Pineville Community Health Center.”
