A Middlesboro man was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly exposing himself in public. Robert C. England, 33, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Middlesboro Police and charged with first-degree indecent exposure.

According to the arrest citation, England was charged for “intentionally exposing his genitals under circumstances in which he knows or should know that his conduct is likely to cause alarm to a person under the age of 18.”

The alleged incident took place inside the Walmart restroom. Police report the victim was a 10-year-old boy.

At the time of this article, England was being held at the Bell County Detention Center on $250,000 bond secured by cash.
