Kenneth Gene Withrow, 68, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, formerly of Sidney, Ohio, passed away on Saturday night, October 26, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born May 3, 1956, in McArthur, Ohio to the late Leslie Otis and Alma Louise (Johnson) Withrow. He married Lisa (Sharp) Withrow on July 5, 1989. He is preceded in death by sister Janet Rheinscheld, brothers, David Withrow and Leslie Otis Withrow, Jr. Father and Mother-In-Law Billy and Irene Sharp, as well as brother-in-law Donald Sharp, and several nieces and nephews. Kenny was blessed with six children: Merando Oldham of Degraff, Ohio, Tara Beaver of St. Mary’s, Ohio, Missy Withrow of Sidney, Ohio, Kenneth Sharp of Lima, Ohio, Alyssa Withrow of Middlesboro, Kentucky, and Aaron (Jamie) Withrow of Sidney, Ohio. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, along with seven brothers and two sisters: Carol (Frank) Monroe of New Marshfield, Ohio, Gary (Wilma) Withrow of Pomeroy, Ohio, Richard (Reba) Withrow of Botkins, Ohio, Mike (Kathy) Withrow of Sidney, Ohio, John (Rosa) Withrow of Sidney Ohio, Larry (Jeana) Withrow of Maplewood, Ohio, Joseph (Bonnie) Withrow of Tipp City, Ohio, Teresa (Tony) Drexler of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Terry (Kim) Withrow of Unioplis, Ohio. He is also survived by brother-in-law Billy (Kelli) Sharp of Sidney, Ohio. Sister-In-Law Tammy Mink of Middlesboro, Kentucky, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Kenneth, beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend passed away leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter and love. Known for his extraordinary story telling, and infectious sense of humor. Kenneth brought joy to every gathering, captivating friends and family alike with tales that will live within our hearts forever. His love for the simple pleasures of life was evident in his favorite pastime: fishing. Many of his happiest days were spent casting a line, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and the serenity of the water. However, nothing meant more to him than his family, with whom he shared countless treasured moments filled with laughter, love, and even a bit of friendly teasing. Kenny will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will continue to shine through the stories he leaves behind and the cherished memories shared with family and friends. To his children, he is there bravest warrior. To Lisa he is her, greatest love and best friend. We miss you terribly already. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Arnett and Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, with the Rev. W.M. Terrell Gibson presiding. The Family will receive friends on Saturday, November, 2, 2024 from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour, at the Arnett and Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville.
