Community Trust Bank recently delivered awarded scholarships to graduates from the local area high schools, including Middlesboro, Bell County and Pineville high schools. Recipients were: Megan Overbay, Middlesboro High School; Kamdyn Hoskins, Bell County High School; Laurel Howard, Pineville High School; Madison Irvin, Middlesboro High School.
