• Jody Brock, 35, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Wilma Jean Emert, 69, of Flatlick, two bench warrants, custodial interference (felony);

• Bradley Fleet, 36, of Middlesboro, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, third-degree escape, bench warrant for court;

• Kevin Fuston, 28, of Pineville, receiving stolen property (under $10,000);

• Shawn Gibson, 33, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Erika Givens, 48, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, second-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (dating violence, minor injury);

• Daven Hart, 29, bench warrant for court, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to or improper signal;

• Allen Hawk, 29, of Middlesboro, four bench warrants for court;

• Heather Klette, 40, of Cincinnati, Ohio, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, license to be in possession, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, giving officer false identifying information, parole violation warrant, two counts of fugitive (warrant not required, for Indiana and Ohio);

• Bailey Powers, 21, three bench warrants for court, giving officer false identifying information, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

• Tony Prater, 51, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Brandon Pritchard, 28, of Middlesboro, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Daniel Rowland, 44, of Andrews, N.C., first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, improper display or registration plates;

• Tammy Rust, 37, of Middlesboro, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Loyd Saylor, 61, of Bledsoe, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on DUI suspended license, four bench warrants for court;

• Dennis W. Short, 35, of Bledsoe, fugitive (warrant not required);

• Carl B. White, 24, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants for court, parole violation warrant;

• Shaelee Wills, 19, of Pineville, three bench warrants for court.
