Rebecca Miller from the Bell County Extension Office conducted a program called “What’s in your Dr.’s Bag” for Lone Jack School Center’s preschool and kindergarten classes on Oct. 8. In collaboration with the Lone Jack Family Resource Youth Service Center, Miller became very active in reading the story “What’s in Your Dr.’s Bag” to the students. She got them up moving and very energized in learning about the different instruments that is used in a doctor’s office, so students would become familiar with them and not be scared when they visited the doctor. At the end of the program, she let them look and touch each one of the instruments.
