• Michael Tyler Baker, 26, of Kettle Island, three bench warrants, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000);

• Linda Marie Brock, 37, of Hulen, bench warrant for court, theft by unlawful taking from a vehicle ($500 or more but under $10,000), fourth-degree assault;

• Ashley Brown, 29, of Middlesboro, second-degree robbery;

• Brooklyn Clark, 35, of Middlesboro, six bench warrants for court;

• Charles Collins, 52, of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., no registration plates, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Darren Cook, 42, of Pineville, public intoxication with a controlled substance;

• Michael Cox, 47, of Arjay, bench warrant;

• Tommy Ellison, 20, of Middlesboro, second-degree robbery, bench warrant for court;

• Marshal Gray, 22, of Lexington, two bench warrants, violation of conditions of release;

• David Honeycutt, 39, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, two bench warrants;

• Tiffany Lynn Lewis, 34, of Arjay, two counts failure to appear;

• James Lumpkin, 19, of Harrogate, Tenn., second-degree escape (identify facility), second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, bench warrant for court;

• Corey D. McCullough, 40, of Middlesboro, parole violation (for technical violation);

• Nathaniel Mills, 18, of Middlesboro, two bench warrants;

• Jeffrey Miracle, 29, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, bench warrant for court;

• Jason Andrew Ott, 29, of Middlesboro, endangering the welfare of a minor, abused or neglected a child, bench warrant;

• Cheryn M. Price, 19, of Speedwell, Tenn., operating a motor vehicle under the influence, second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle);

• Lonnie J. Rogers, 41, of Lexington, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree terroristic threatening;

• Travis Rutherford, 32, of Calvin, theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more but under $10,000);

• Becky Skinner, 41, of Pineville, three bench warrants for court;

• Samantha Smith, 26, of Middlesboro, seven bench warrants;

• Austin D. Snowden, 25, of Middlesboro, speeding 25 mph over limit, failure to illuminate head lamps, rear license not illuminated, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear a seat belt, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), disregarding a stop sign, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• John Whitaker, 32, two bench warrants;

• Obie York, 53, of Middlesboro, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
