Middleton honored at Sweet 16 for his work in radio, television

- Photo by Les Nicholson Harlan native Neil Middleton was honored during halftime of the Breathitt County-North Laurel game at the Sweet SIxteen on Thursday at Rupp Arena. Middleton, a 1978 Harlan High School graduate, worked in radio in Harlan at WTUK and WHLN before moving to WYMT in Hazard where he spent 12 years as vice president and general manager. He was presented the NFHS Award for Outstanding Service by Kentucky High School Athletic Association Commissioner Julian Tackett.
