The upgrades to add a turf playing surface and football field to the baseball field at Bell County High School as well as adding turf and a soccer field on the softball field at Bell Central are taking shape. Crews were working this week to get the turf in place so the fields will be ready to use for the upcoming baseball and softball seasons.
