For students like first-generation college graduate Emily Sergent, SKCTC was the key to unlocking her future. Sergent earned her associate in science degree entirely online at SKCTC and is now pursuing her doctor of pharmacy degree at South College of Pharmacy in Knoxville, Tennessee.

“Distance has not made any difference in the care and compassion I’ve received from my instructors,” said Sergent. “I can call, email—whatever I need, I know someone is there regardless of where I’m at.”
