The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 11 has posted a reminder that CSX Corporation will be performing railroad maintenance operations on KY 441 (25th Street) in Middlesboro on Wednesday, November 20.

The roadway at this location (mile point 4.629, between 15th and 19th streets) will be closed on Wednesday, November 20 starting at 8 a.m. and is expected to re-open at 8 p.m.
Separate detours will be established: one for passenger vehicles and another for commercial motor vehicles utilizing the designated truck route. The detours will use 15th and 19th streets to direct traffic around the area where maintenance is being done.
Motorists may experience delays.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur
