Gemma Lynn Runions, the reigning Toddler Miss Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival and KMLF Most Photogenic, will be going to the Kentucky State Festival Pageant in November.

Gemma is the daughter of Chelsie Lankford and Damian Runions of Arjay.

She is in need of sponsors for her trip to the state pageant.
