Jackson County won the regional All “A” team titles in the tournament at Pineville.
The boys squad won with a combined score of 158, while the girls team’s winning score was 274.
Individual honors went to Jackson’s Elijah Thomas and Middlesboro’s Garrison Warren, who both shot a 38. Thomas won in a playoff over Warren.
Barbourville’s Colton Poindexter also qualified for state with a score of 40.
Girls honors went to Middlesboro’s Taylor Goodman, who shot a 50, and Daria Lee with a 62.
Thomas, Warren, Poindexter, Goodman and Lee qualified for the state tournament.
Jackson County’s boys squad includes Thomas, Micah Summers, Jackson Lakes, Tydus Summers and Eli Summers.
Jackson County’s girls squad includes Kiara Ward, Remmie Bingham, Addi Wilson and Larkin Vaughn
