Sara was a cheerleader in high school and was Homecoming Queen during her senior year. She graduated from Bell County High School in Pineville, in 1966. After graduation she worked as a telephone operator at South Central Bell Telephone Company.

She always had a smile on her face, would do anything to help others, and didn’t know a stranger. Sara was a singer and piano player in her own family gospel group, The Littrell Family Gospel Singers. She was part of a woman’s prison ministry in Eaton, OH. Sara was a devoted wife and mother of three children and the best grandmother to six grandchildren who were the “apple of her eye.”

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Hubert Daniel Littrell, her parents, Rev. Lewis H. and Lillian Irene (Redmond) Maiden, brothers and sisters, Clara Sue Maiden, LaGretta Francisco, Harold Maiden, John Maiden, and Phyllis Littrell; and her daughter-in-law Delone Littrell.

Sara is survived by her three children, Todd Littrell of Germantown, OH, Cheri (John) Terrell of Knoxville, and Michael (Amy) Littrell of Eaton, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Morgan (Matthew) Willenbrink, Hannah Stout, Shelby Littrell, Haley Littrell, Logan Littrell, and Riley Littrell. In addition, she is also survived by one sister Sharron Yeary and four brothers, Lonnie (Joyce) Maiden, Lewis (Carrie) Maiden, Mike Maiden, and Bob (Debbie) Maiden; special nieces Melissa (Randy) Booso, Susan (Wes) Fisher, and Amy Littrell and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
