• Timothy Burchfield, 33, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;

• Mark Eldridge, 41, of Tazewell, Tenn., failure to appear, one headlight, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Leslie Garland, 29, of Pineville, non-support;

• Michael Green, 43, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), engaging in organized crime, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), bench warrant for court;

• Clifford Griffin, 35, of Hulen, contempt of court;

• James Travis Helton, 29, of Pineville, three counts failure to appear, second-degree trafficking a controlled substance;

• Carson Holland, 45, of Pineville, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine);

• Michael Horton, 32, of Middlesboro, two counts non-support;

• James Anthony Jones, 34, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting under $500), first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

• Chad E. Lawless, 48, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Shawn Lawless, 46, of Middlesboro, bench warrant for court;

• Tensie Ledford, 39, probation violation (for felony offense);

• John Matthews, 53, of Arjay, probation violation (for technical violation);

• Travis A. Middleton, 39, of Middlesboro, three bench warrants for court;
