4 dead in fatal house fire in Bell County

Four people are dead after a house caught on fire early Tuesday morning.
At 5:48 a.m., Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call of a house fire in the Hutch community of Bell County. Multiple fire departments, along with KSP, responded to the mobile home located off of Hurst Hollow Road.
Upon arrival, first responders located four people deceased inside the residence. Three of the deceased are small kids. The three kids were living with the grandmother, who had custody of them for over five years.
At this time, no foul play is suspected. KSP Arson Investigators responded to the scene to assist with the investigation, which is standard in any fire involving a deceased person. The cause of the fire has not been determine and may take some time.
The following where located deceased inside the residence. Beulah Mullins (59), Sierra Posey (12), Canthia Posey (11) and Shawn Posey (8), all from Hutch, Ky.
The investigation is continuing by Det. Aaron Frederick. Also assisted at the scene were KSP personal, Bell County EMS/Fire, Middlesboro EMS/Fire, Bell County Sheriff’s Office and Bell County Coroner’s Office.
