The city of Pineville celebrated the opening of their newest business, The Pines at Pineville.

“We want to announce the opening of our newest store,” Director of Main Street Pineville Jacob Roan said. “The new location is next to the historic Bell Theater.”

The Pines at Pineville is owned and operated by Michael Roan and features original artwork by him displayed throughout the gallery. His artwork is offered for sale with many pieces being both framed and unframed. They also have several other local artists works displayed throughout the gallery.

“The store hours are noon to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday,” Roan explained. “They will also be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday nights as well.”

Inside the gallery you can find original artwork, both painting and photography.

“Thanks for all the encouragement and support we have had,” Michael Roan said. “We look forward to being here a long time and having a small part of the greatest revitalization in Pineville’s history.”

Michael Roan also thanked the city of Pineville and Main Street Pineville for making it the best area to open their new business.
