It was perfect weather for the September Harrogate Garden Club meeting Wednesday. Carol Borneman from the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park was the keynote speaker for the meeting and discussed the various bird species that can be found right here in our community. Borneman gave several demonstrations on how we as locals can spot the various birds and ways that we can even attract them to our backyards.
