Southeast to celebrate Constitution Day, promotes Census

On Tuesday, at 1:30 p.m., on the Middlesboro campus, Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College will celebrate Constitution Day to promote the 2020 Census.
The ceremony and reception to follow will be held in the Community Room (106) of the Educational Alliance Center.
Southeast faculty, staff and students, as well as community members and local high school students will be in attendance. Rep. Adam Bowling, Mayor Rick Nelson and Judge-Executive Albey Brock will speak to those assembled regarding the importance of the Census and the need to stand up and be counted.
To mark the occasion, Southeast’s artist-in-residence Jaime Corum will unveil a large student-driven mural which will be on display in the Educational Alliance Center.
