A search warrant executed by the Bell County Sheriff’s Office netted the arrests of two men.
Timothy Jackson, 45, remains in the Bell County Detention Center and is charged with first-degree controlled substance (less than two grams methamphetamine), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and he was also served an outstanding warrant for second-degree burglary.
Joel Warren, 67, was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and 40 year old Franklin Wade Carter had two warrants for his arrest.
The warrant was executed at a home on Balkan Road Wednesday by Bell County Deputy Adam Southern.
According to Southern, during the search, Jackson was found to be in possession of distribution bags that were the same color as other bags that were found during a previous stop earlier in the day. The bags allegedly contained possible methamphetamine. Southern states that the individual in the stop stated that the bags were obtained from Jackson.
Also found were other bags containing crystal residue that is believed to be methamphetamine, a syringe and digital scales.
All individuals remain lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. Jackson is being held on a $10,000 bond, Warren is being held on no bond and Carter has a pay or stay bond on his warrants.
Also assisting in the search warrant were deputies Patrick Brooks and Frank Foster along with Kentucky State Police.
