In honor of National Garden Club Week, the Middlesborough Garden Club recently worked with the Middlesboro Library to provide an indoor garden design. The design theme is topiary gardening. The plants were adhered to wire formations made into the shape of animals. The plants used were succulents, Moss and monkey grass. Also on display is a wooden birdhouse garden bountiful with succulents. A book on topiary gardening was given as a gift to the library. The library committee members present were: Phyllis Hopson, Jan Smith, Susan Gulley, Angela Burch, Barbara Evans, Susan Leo and Liz Lamont. Also pictured receiving the book is Pam Blank, representative of the library. The Middlesborough Garden Club is proud to support the library and its reading programs.
