The Middlesboro Mall parking lot was filled with jaw dropping cars Saturday as the annual Cruisin’ the Crater kicked off. The day was filled with cars, music, and family fun. Cruisin’ the Crater was started in 2003 just as a small event that would bring together car lovers, but each year it continues to grow and expand and is now a treasured car show throughout the southeast and across the country. The event is held by volunteers and is held every third Saturday through September at 2 p.m. at the Middlesboro Mall parking lot and lasts until 8 p.m.
