Crews began the face-lift project to the wall mural on 18th Street. The update to the wall is part of the revitalization projects happening in downtown Middlesboro currently. Different school groups will be taking part in the update to the painting, and the project is one of many sponsored by Middlesboro Main Street to bring positivity to downtown Middlesboro.
