A work meeting is scheduled for the members of the Middlesboro City Council on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The public is invited to attend the meeting that will be held in the Council Chamber of City Hall.

Items to be discussed with the Finance Committee during the meeting include an audit update, a meeting with department heads, and an update and review of revenues and expenditures.

The Community Development Committee will be discussing ordinances and other items that will be presented.

The personnel committee will also be present at the work meeting to discuss items of importance.

The meeting is open to the public and the community is encouraged to attend.
