Inmate captured

An inmate who escaped from the Bell County Detention Center on Sept. 21 has been caught in Sevierville, Tn.
The police state that Anthony Wayne Flanary, 37, escaped by running out of the jail while on duty cleaning the public bathrooms in the lobby.
Bob Stahlke, Sevierville Public Information Officer told WRIL that dispatch received a 911 call about a man at the River Plantation RC Park in Sevierville and that he may have been in an altered state of mind.
When police arrived on the scene, they found Flanary behind the RV park in a river in his underwear. He gave police his name, he was positively identified as wanted in Bell County. He was then taken into custody.
Flanary is being held at the Sevier County Jail on a fugitive from justice warrent with no bond posted.
