It is that time of the year again when the best little-leaguers the Bell County area has to offer competes against teams within the region with hopes of earning a state championship. Both Middlesboro and Pineville-Bell have released the schedule and rosters for each of their all-star teams.

The 8-10 year olds of the Area 3 tournament will begin play on Friday at Williamsburg. Pineville-Bell will square off against Middlesboro at 6 p.m. Williamsburg will battle Knox County at 8 p.m.

The 11-12s will battle it out in Middlesboro for a chance to advance in the winner’s bracket. Knox County will play Williamsburg at 6 p.m. on Friday. Middlesboro will battle Pineville-Bell at 8 p.m.
