First Things First holds ribbon cutting

The grand opening of the First Things First center in Middlesboro Mall was attended by child care organizations and families alike. This Center for Early Childhood Resources is the new home for The Children’s Reading Foundation of Appalachia - Kentucky, E-CATCH of Bell County, Wear the Cape Volunteer Center and Live What You Learn Training Center.
